Thanks for using our products and services ("Services"). These Terms of Service rules your use of HashStore and provide information about the HashStore Service.

When you sign in into HashStore or use HashStore, you agree to these terms. Additionally if you create a Business Account accessing via Facebook, you shall comply with its terms of service/use as well as these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Using Our Services

We agree to provide you with the HashStore Service. The Service includes all of the HashStore products that we provide to advance HashStore's mission: To increase exposure of online stores and increase its customers.

Privacy Policy and User Data

HashStore Privacy Policy explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that HashStore can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

Your Responsibilities

While we provide the Service and we want it to be as accessible as possible, we also want it good and safe, this is why we require you to make sure to comply with the following demands:

Demands

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use HashStore.

  • You should not Sign In into an account on another's person behalf.

  • You can't post private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property.

  • You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.

Business uses of our Service

If you are using our Service on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify HashStore and its affiliates from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Service or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys fees.

Content Removal and Disabling or Terminating Your Account

We can remove any content or information you share on the Service if we believe that it violates these Terms of Service, our policies, or we are permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the Service to you (including terminating or disabling your account) immediately to protect our community or services, or if you create risk or legal exposure for us, or if you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights.
