Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At HashStore we want every purchase to be a safe and transparent experience. This policy describes the cardholder's rights and responsibilities regarding purchases made through our platform.
1. Right to Return
The buyer may request the return of an item within seven (7) calendar daysfollowing receipt, provided the item meets the following conditions:
The item is in its original condition and packaging.
The item shows no signs of use, damage or alteration.
All accessories and original documentation are included.
Intimate, perishable, personalized or digital items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is demonstrated.
2. Refunds
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
The refunded amount corresponds to the item's price. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to a defective product or seller error.
Any refund to Visa or MasterCard cards is processed through the authorized payment processor (Azul / Servicios Digitales Popular).
3. Cancellations
The buyer may cancel an order at no cost provided the seller has not yet dispatched the item. To cancel, the buyer must contact Customer Service or use the cancel option in the conversation with the seller inside the app.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but a return process may be initiated under section 1 of this policy.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the item received is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, the buyer must report it within 72 hours of receipt. HashStore will coordinate with the seller for replacement or full refund of the product, including shipping costs.
5. How to Request a Return, Refund or Cancellation
To initiate any of these processes, the cardholder must write to admin@hashstore.app or call us at +1 (809) 850-9736 providing:
Order or transaction number.
Reason for the return, refund or cancellation.
Photographic evidence if the product is defective.
