HashStore Discovery Policy

Stores in HashStore Discovery have not signed up for HashStore. They are featured because we believe their work deserves more visibility. For each featured store, we display:

• Public business name and category.

• Public profile photo and product photos posted on their Instagram.

• Direct links to their public Instagram and to WhatsApp (when the number is listed publicly in their Instagram bio).

What we do not do: we do not process payments, take a commission, claim ownership of any brand, content, or product, or contact your customers on your behalf. The entire sales conversation happens directly between the buyer and the business on Instagram or WhatsApp.

You have full control over your HashStore Discovery presence. You can:

Claim your store (free, no obligation)

Take ownership of your HashStore profile and unlock direct messaging, cart, and analytics. We verify ownership with your Instagram account. There is no fee, no commission, and no commitment — you can leave at any time.

Email us at admin@hashstore.app or use the "Claim this store" link on your profile.

Update or correct your listing

Spotted a wrong price, outdated photo, or anything we got wrong? Let us know and we will fix it within 2 business days.

Request removal

Don't want to be featured? We will remove your store within 48 hours, no questions asked. No forms, no friction. Email admin@hashstore.app from the email or Instagram account associated with your business with the subject "Remove [Business Name]."

We respect copyright. If you are a rights holder and believe content on HashStore Discovery infringes your rights, send a notice to admin@hashstore.app including:

• The URL or store name of the content in question.

• A description of the original work.

• Your contact information.

• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.

We remove disputed content within 48 hours of receiving a valid notice.

• Removal within 48 hours of any valid request.

• Correction within 2 business days of any reported error.

• No retaliation — we do not downrank, hide, or penalize stores that ask to be removed or that correct their listing.

• Attribution always — every featured store includes a prominent link to its own Instagram.

Small businesses are the heart of every neighborhood. HashStore Discovery exists to help them get found by people who want to support them. If our work ever makes a business owner uncomfortable, that is a failure on our part, and we will fix it immediately.
