We encrypt credit card information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology, and we store it with AES-256 encryption. We also comply with all PCI-DSS requirements.

Payment methods used by HashStore in our services are processed through authorized providers (AZUL / Servicios Digitales Popular), which comply with all security standards and continue improving secure information practices. They use only the payment information necessary to complete the required transaction. For more information, we recommend reading the Privacy Policies of these providers.

HashStore uses the 3D Secure service to protect credit and debit card transactions. This includes the use of Verified by Visa and MasterCard ID Check protocols, which add an additional authentication layer that confirms the cardholder's identity at the time of payment.

During checkout, your card-issuing bank may request a one-time verification code (OTP) or approval inside your banking app. This step protects the cardholder against fraud and unauthorized purchases.

All card information is transmitted via TLS 1.2 or higher encrypted connections. HashStore does not store the full card number, security code (CVV) or expiration date on its servers; this data travels directly to the authorized payment processor through a secure and tokenized channel.
